Preparing for Rockbox install on e280

Just ordered my e280 last night. Should be here tomorrow or Monday (I hope.)

Just a few quick question.
I am gathering all the documentation and install process for the e280. I have read some previous threads and seen some of the issues, the biggest being using sanspatcher 0.3. Instead, use 0.2.

Just a few quick questions:

Should I apply any of the OF updates from SanDisk, assuming their are updates to apply? Or should I not worry about it?

Wasn't sure.
Read through the installation manual and looks pretty straightforward. I will probably go with the 'manual' install method. Tried and true.

That's about it.
Very excited about giving this a go.

The newly released Sansapatcher 0.5 should work just fine. Try it out and let us know the results.

That just depends on which version of the OF you want to have available. Rockbox doesn't care which version is on there.
