You download the rockbox source code, apply the patch, and compile it.

well i'm not coder. but doesn't mean i wouldn't try later i'm just busy (I mean so busy that i don't have a computer near by 2 do anything) so is there is going to be a release soon?

Well since according to the patch tracker, development of it stopped last summer, I would say a release of it anytime soon is pretty unlikely.
