Updating files on the MP3

I added a file to my sansa e260 through windows explorer, and it's not showing up on the file browser on Rockbox. Is there a way I can update it so that the file will appear?

I have "Show All Files" enabled

What kind of file?
Where did you put it on the Sansa?
Can you see it there using Windows Explorer?

It's a .cfg file, I put it in the "Themes" folder in the .rockbox folder. I can see it on windows explorer.
