Link to older Rhapsody rom?

(1/1)

Speedy64i:
Since I still use rhapsody with the player, i decided to go ahead with the new rhapsody firmware upgrade (1.0.2.165).  I assumed the upgrade wouldnt affect the bootloader at all but unfortunately it did.  I tried re-applying the patched bootloader, but now the new rhapsody firmware seems to be wholely unphased by any patch attempts.  Everything works as normal with the rhapsody rom but i cant boot into the rockbox firmware anymore.

Does anyone have the latest version before 1.0.2.165?

Thank you,

JT

Please search before you post. It's right here in the wiki (http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/SansaE200RInstallationFromWindows).

The bootloader doesn't need to be patched again.  However, the Rockbox bootloader was overwritten due to the firmware upgrade.
Clarification: The bootloader that you patched while in Manufacturing Mode is fine.  However, Rockbox has it's own separate firmware, which is what was overwritten.

To get Rockbox back, follow the instructions in the previous post, except instead of:

Everything else will be the same.

Ah! Thank you very much for the insight, I understand what's going on now.

Thanks,
