For the commant prompt thing I think you need to go more in dept on exactly what should be done because this is comfusing people. ???

OK, if people do not know what the command prompt is and how to execute something, they should NOT be performing these steps. Please read my warning on the page.

Well, for the bulk write error, all I can suggest is wait and try again later. It did that to me once, and I think Llorean had problems too. The only fix is to keep trying because no one knows why that error occurs.
EDIT: Yeah, the directions here (http://chrisjs.com/?page_id=57) for Linux say almost the same thing. Just a USB error. There's no fix, just have to wait a bit and try again. But, if you can, I really suggest doing this from Linux. It's much easier.
