How to use Rockbox, iRiver H120 and Mac osX?

I don't know where it is or how to use it.

Ok, I found it but for some reason when I click install it has an error msg.
Chronon:
It's hard to respond when you don't provide the actual error message.

The message when I try and load the software is: mount point is wrong
when I try and load the bootloader the system freezes and I have to force quit the software to load the bootloader.

Also for selected service under Device I get:
Selected device: Iriver iHP12/iHP140/H120/H140/at
