Sound problem.
« on: October 05, 2007, 06:21:29 PM »
Hi, I'm new. Installed Rockbox and everything works perfectly so far, changed the theme, played doom. But there's no Sound in Doom and also when I try to play a song there's no sound, but also it stays at 0:00 as if it isn't playing but the play/pause button does show it changing from playing to paused. So what's up?

I'm using a 60GB iPod Video if it makes any difference.

You might not have sound set to "on" in the settings for doom, and if I remember correctly what you described for playback is what happens when you try to play a DRM protected song on rockbox, could be wrong on that one though.

I reinstalled Rockbox and now it works. Strange.
