Refresh the next song on the WPS?

I've got a patch to place the next song displayed on the WPS somewhere shuffled between the current song and the end of the playlist when you press a specified key.

This part works, but the WPS doesn't show the change unless you go to a different screen and back to the WPS.

I checked through the code, but can't find how to refresh that portion of the WPS.
