Reorder menu items

In my Ipod you can choose through 'Settings'->'Main Menu' what options you want to see and what you dont want to see. I thought this is what is being discussed here? I would like that for Rockbox as well.

And I didnt notice that shoe is talking about programming in C there. ???

Well that must explain why I didnt pick that up. So to conclude this: there is no such option or workaround?

There is no such option, and no plan for such an option.

Rockbox is complicated enough to support as it is with it's frankly gargantuan array of options and menus. Letting users reorganise them would basically make it unsupportable.
