I've looked around, but haven't found a post or a wiki page that gives a good outlook on where USB is with Rockbox on the e200 and some kind of time line. Any chance you could hint me in? :D

That's because we never post timelines.

Zagor is working on it currently, and it may be a week away, or it may be a year away. It all depends on stuff that's impossible to estimate. The best way to get a feel for current development is to hang out in IRC and listen to what's going on there.
