How to reverse Sansa E200R to E200

<< < (4/4)

bigbill:
Ok, I got an e260r and was reading that you can change it to a normal e260 (without r) does that mean the only diffrence is not having rhapsody on my player? and no other effects? Thanks. :)

zajacattack:
Well, you can turn your e200R into an e200 with the use of e200tool. And, yes, with the original firmware, you use rhapsody, but that is all. Plus, if you install Rockbox on your e200R and dual-boot to rhapsody firmware, you do not lose rhapsody.

I believe that your best bet is to just keep trying. There's no specific reason that this error occurs.

Llorean:
There's always a reason for an error, they don't happen if *nothing* went wrong. What he means is that he doesn't know what causes that error, and it may be a random effect that won't get in the way on another attempt.
