Help me? Please!

rockbox utility doesn't recognize my ipod.

when i try to install the bootloader it says ipod not found.

can someone help me?

you could help yourself in getting help by giving us more details ...
- what Ipod?
- what OS? Which version?
- are you running Rockbox Utility as administrator?
