1)  Please don't shout.

2)  I'm finding your posts really difficult to understand.  I appreciate that English probably isn't your first language, but if you could try to add some formatting and punctuation it'd really help.

3)  We need exact error messages to be able to help.  "It don't get the firmware" doesn't help.

So unzip a current build (rockbox.zip from the current build link on the left) and unzip it to the gigabeat to the root of the device.

This means if your gigabeat is showing up in Windows as X:, then unzip it to X:\ so you should end up with x:\.rockbox   The full stop before rockbox is important.

Please please please STOP posting in all capitals and try to use spaces after punctuation.  Split seperate ideas into seperate sentances.  See how we all post?  Please try to do it like that, it makes it possible to understand you much easier.

Yes, rockbox plays MP3 as well as many other formats.  I don't know what you mean by screensaver - WPS, backdrop.....

I suggest you read the manual (in fact it is required by the posting guidelines) as it answers these plus many more questions.

What you're referring to is known in Rockbox as a "backdrop". You'll need to put a .bmp format picture of the dimensions 240x320 somewhere convenient on your player. In Rockbox, go to it and hold the select button on it (I'm not positive if this works this way on Gigabeats. I don't have one), and then select "Set as Backdrop". Most themes also include backdrops.

As for the games; you don't need ROMs for 'em. They're all included, but they're under "Plugins" on the main menu. If you mean for the Game Boy player, though, it's illegal to say where you can get them. So please don't ask anymore if that's what you mean. The only truly legal way (if I'm not mistaken) to get Game Boy ROMs onto your player is to dump them yourself.

Now, since your Gigabeat's no longer broken, it's probably a good idea to start a thread somewhere else for your questions. If you still don't understand backdrops, perhaps the User Interface forum may be a good place to start a new thread for assistance.
