Question about iAudio X5L
« on: September 28, 2007, 05:56:02 AM »

 Hello.

First off, thanks to all RB contributors - you guys are awesome.

I have check the iAudio port status page, and I have two questions:

- not charging via USB when RB is running is, for me, a great thing - since we get to choose WHEN the battery is charged and not everytime the USB cable is connected, which prevents battery memory effect - but work is being done to allow this, right? If so, can it still be disabled in the future?
- is USB OTG still being worked on, or has development stopped now that the port is "usable"? If it is still being worked on, is this realisticly going to happen soon? Or is it a major technical hurdle to overcome?

 Thanks for your time!

Lithium batteries don't have a memory effect.

The USB stack is being worked on, but I don't know about the actual progress.
Just be patient!
