Sansac250 help, firmware problem

hi im just wondering how do i reboot into original firmware on my Sansac250, couldnt find anyting about it in the manual

I think that needs to be added, but I believe it's the same as the Sansa e200 series: hold |<< as you turn on your Sansa.
