apple firmware boots up after rockbox

I installed rockbox by the manual and it booted as it should, i could turn the player on and off with rockbox loading. But after one day not using it, it suddenly booted up with apples firmware. So I ran the ipodpatcher again and eveything repeted...
How can i keep the rockbock as the only boot ?

Was the hold switch on, or did you update the Apple firmware?

You may have a problem with the ipod turning on by itself.

To get back to Rockbox from the Apple firmware, you need to reset it.
