mpeg movies play too fast on sansa

sorry for all the noobing lately. but I used a program called youtube downloader and dl'd a video in mpeg format.
the only problem is that the video plays like 2 times faster than it should.

Under setting in MPEGplayer , turn limit frame rate to "on". It may also be a problem with the  video encoder used . Before you post in the forums and make a new topic I suggest you use the search feature, read the manual, or search the wiki. After 3 seconds I came up  with this http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/PluginMpegplayer. It seems also this topic would go under the "Plugins" sub-topic of the forum, not " Rockbox General Discussion"
