Filetype Array Full
« on: September 21, 2007, 06:25:54 PM »
I've used RB for a while on my H120 and just ran into the "Filetype Array Full" problem that was mentioned a month and a half ago when I did my first update in a while. I've not done any personal mods at all. I've loaded the current builds a couple of times a day for the last few days and am currently on r14808-070921. It presents as appearing as an old version of RB (it seems that way because the plugin menu isn't broken down into "Games," etc.) but works fine until restart. Then it won't start songs  without having to ffwd the first second or so. Godeater mentioned that we can expect it to be broken for a while and I'm wondering if this is still broken, or if it's new? Either way, does anyone know what the last stable build was, and will it work after I've had this problem?  Thanks all.

You probably have a rockbox.iriver file left from one of the custom builds in the root of your player, delete that file, the official build now has rockbox.iriver inside the .rockbox dir

You're absolutely right - Thanks!

-wait, now it just boots into the old firmware. Do I need to update my bootloader? I think that I was on version 5 (although I can't check now because it doesn't boot into rockbox....
