H320 video FPS

I haven't updated rockbox for about 2 months until now, and my video FPS dropped from about 15 FPS down to 6 or 7. This is full screen video encoded using winFF with the presets in the wiki. I also noticed that the old video patch that increased playback speed is not in flyspray.

This slow video makes it difficult to watch. If there is any testing I can do to help with it, let me know. My coding skills are very limited, but I'm willing to learn.
