To make it run faster just cut off sound entirely, or make it an option, and allow the frameskip rate to be very high. Maybe there would be an easier gba emulator to port than igpsp?

2)  Don't link to software that has absolutely nothing to do with this topic

Anyway, since no one is working on this, no one seems to be interested in starting work, and all recent posts have just been unrelated nonsense I'm going to lock this thread.  When someone starts a port of some open source emulator, they can start a thread for it, or better yet a FS task where this sort of thing belongs.
