problem with start up after change..

ok so ive used rockbox for a long time and have loved every minute of it.
I have a Gigabeat F10..
When I am listening to a song and then plug the gigabeat into the computer and change the name of the folder that I was listening to or delete the file that I was listening to, it seems to not take and the gigabeat wont work till i either change the name of the folder back to the original name. When i change i get a screen like the Gigabeat has nothing to play (no ID) and even when I go to another song it wont play and it locks up. I have todays update running (9/20)

any help would be greatly appreciated, as it didnt seem to do this before..
