Hey, is there any way to display embedded album art in rockbox for the e200?

I recommend you search the wiki for "album art".  This will tell you everything you need to know.  Remember, doing a search of the documentation is part of the rules.

... and the answer is no. There is no way to use embedded album art, even with patches -- the images need to be separate.
