How to transfer files in rockbox mode?

Guys, I have a strange problem. I loaded rockbox yesterday and I can no more boot my original OF. my player becomes dead when I try to load with a black screen. It loads rockbox fine and I can listen to all my songs.

I would be more then happy to stay with RB firmware, but how do Load more songs to my sansa? When i plug in my USB, my sansa is not at all recognized. What should I do?

Is there a way to check if my sansa is in MSC or MTP mode when in RB firmware? Or any suggestions of how to communicate with my sansa in RB mode?

USB in Rockbox does not work (yet). You need to reboot into the OF to  it.

I don't know why you can't boot the OF (my e280 dual-boots perfectly) but there are other threads that discuss this. (I assume you have a e200-series, since you don't say.)

Yes I have a E270 which I bought a year back. Had been working falwless. Thinking if I made a mistake installing rockbox!?!?! Can I go into recovery mode and format the player, will it pose any risk?

Or... if you're using a microSD card, you can transfer files to it by using a card reader/writer. :-)

To resore the original firmware, take a look on this topic: http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php?topic=12869.0
Many people is having the same problem after installing ROCKBOX. In anothers topics you will find an explanation to install the rockbox correctly, without any bugs like this...

Thanks guys...  I was able to go back to original firmware and rockbox was reinstalled....everything is OK now.
