Problems connecting

Hi,

Has anyone experienced problems connecting their e200 to the Windows XP PC? I'm connected fine in MTP mode but when in MSC mode see no sign of the device in My Computer/Explorer etc?

When connecting in MSC mode, do you see another drive appear in My Computer or Explorer? If so, that would be your Sansa.

No unfortunately not, that's my point, I'm getting nothing in either :(
