Can't Boot Ipod

I loaded Rockbox on my Ipod 30gb video and it was fine then I tried to change the display by loading different files and it has locked up on startup.  Everytime I try a reboot it stops after loading a few files.  It doesn't load the program so it will not recognize the USB connection.  Now what?

Put it into disk mode, and copy a new .rockbox folder over.
