some themes not working on ipod photo

i have down loaded some themes,  but they do not seem to work
the font and backgroud change but the wps goes to the default one.
also the clock is wrong,  shows the hour corrrect them Mc rather than the minute.

Fom the link http://www.rockbox-themes.org/index.php?res=220x176x16 the following are examples of those that dont work and only show the default wps  artic desert, eyetunes, frost box, all the jolt ones and  rockriver24

these work
all ajant, dgt collection, ipod colour, pj 24bit

I have checked that they are all installed in the correct directory,  i am using the latest build.
The ipod is a 60gb ipod photo

Either they require a patched build, or contain errors in the code.

I though the ones in the link are tested and "approved"

That is incorrect.

That site is actually not even technically part of Rockbox. It's an off-site beta of what may some day be the WPS gallery here.

The themes there are not guaranteed to work, though in general they should.  The time showing "Mc" however is a symptom of a theme that was written for an older build.

To clarify a bit, it isn't really a beta, but is just the site that the new repository was based off of.

Is there somewhere I can get wps that will work on ipod photo using current build??

Downloaded the simulator for ipod photo from rasher and the same happens,  so this poroves its problems with wps coding.  
Is there anywhere to show changes to coding  -what was good then but causes errors now?
So I can update some of the wps to current build status

Worked on jolt and have now got it working.  looks like a few errors in the text placement with use of |.  I will now look at another to see if it the same problem
