Iubi PMP Blue

hi my i river H120 finally got back from repairs and they didnt have the parts to fix the blow input/output.... so i dont use it anymore..

i purchased a iubi pmp blue 30gig player ... THE BEST!!

altho the latest update is in korean and hard to understand...

i reckon this player would have ALOT more potential if u guys were to develop the software for it...

or is there another site i should be on ??

i have done alot of searching and i cant find many people who have this device..

If you want Rockbox on it, then gather as much info as you can (Google the heck out of it, try to find pictures of hardware, detail info) and post it in a post in the "New Ports" thread.  Don't just post a request that Rockbox be ported to it in that thread though.

EDIT: Also, I agree, that's a sweet player, but sadly, even if a port was made for it, it wouldn't support near all the features (like bluetooth, on-the-go usb, and all the video formates.)  In other words, Rockbox probably isn't the right thing for it.  It would be pretty sweet to get linux on that thought...

Try asking in a forum for that player.

You should also read the NewPort page to see if you're up for porting Rockbox to this device.  Remember, simply requesting a port will get you nowhere.

I don't see what this has to do with Rockbox.  I second saratoga's advice.  If you want to find others who use this player try asking on a forum dedicated to that device.  

You're welcome to start a wiki page to gather information on this target and help facilitate a porting effort.  However, this thread began off-topic and has only strayed more so.
