Uninstallation Help?

I have a 1st gen. Ipod Nano and have Rock box installed. Now im sick of it and was wonderin dhow  to restore it. When i try to resore it by  upating it says "invalid ipod service version"

Read the uninstallation section in the manual. It is explained there. (In fact, our posting guidelines require you to search the manual first ...)
