installation doesn't seem to affect anything

the "2.2.4.  Installing the boot loader" section is emtpy in all three places (pdf, html, web). i unzipped the files as instructed onto my iAudio M5, and then turned it off and connected to power cable and turned it on but nothing new seemed to happen.

i suspect it's the missing boot loader thing but where is it and how am i going to get it there/installed?

Oops, that shall be fixed.

This page has the M5 bootloader, plus instructions on how to install it. You can follow this for now.

Fixed - it should appear tomorrow in the downloadable manuals. I know you don't need it anymore but mention it here for future reference. The commit message should read "bootloader section" though.
