Encode your videos in a Rockbox-compatible format following the instructions here: http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/WebHome?topic=PluginMpegplayer
Then just drag and drop them onto your ipod.

I have no idea what this means.

Just copy them there as you would any other file.

Create a folder on your ipod called "Videos".
If this is tricky, you really need to do some reading on basic file handling in your OS.

You noticed that there is also no "Submenu" called "Music"? Please go and read the manual. Rockbox has different concepts and the manual explains them. There is no need for a submenu for music, videos or whatever.
