Encode your videos in a Rockbox-compatible format following the instructions here:  http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/WebHome?topic=PluginMpegplayer

Then just drag and drop them onto your ipod.

I have no idea what this means.

Just copy them there as you would any other file.

Create a folder on your ipod called "Videos".

If this is tricky, you really need to do some reading on basic file handling in your OS.

You noticed that there is also no "Submenu" called "Music"? Please go and read the manual. Rockbox has different concepts and the manual explains them. There is no need for a submenu for music, videos or whatever.

This is basic computer usage and has nothing to do with Rockbox. Ask google.

Just as a note, you're looking for "how do I copy one file and paste it over another?"

Please say what you have done so far, as currently it appears that you have no idea how to use your computer.

This is the procedure:
Install WinFF onto your Windows computer
Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the folder that WinFF installs into (as noted in a previous post)
Locate the presets.xml file in that folder
Delete it and replace with the one that you downloaded from the Wiki page
Run WinFF

Indeed. These are the Rockbox technical forums. They deal with Rockbox, and not basic computer usage. If you have problems with basic computer usage use a forum that deals with this, ask google or ask someone who knows how to do. But it's not appropriate in these forums.
