also after i do that where do i go to play it

You can put them anywhere.  Make a folder called Jeff Beck's Greatest Hits for all rockbx cares.  However, I wouldn't put them in .rockbox as it is hidden by default.  To run them navigate to where you have saved them then click on them as you would a music file.
