Am missing the useful more complete Rockbox commits info on Rockbox opening page

(1/2) > >>

Mikerman:
I know that the Rockbox opening webpage is being worked on, but I just wanted to note that I really miss the earlier more detailed description of the recent (last 1-2 days) commits made to the Rockbox code.  As a user, I typically looked at the News section (which had limited listings), the Rockbox commits section, and the forums.  I also would use the "last 4 weeks" Rockbox commits link when I missed the website for a day or 2 or there were too many changes to list in the opening webpage.

Perhaps others have found the more complete Rockbox commits listing helpful as well, and a more complete version will be making its way back (or, at least a handy link on the opening webpage).

For now, here's a dynamic link to the the Rockbox commits for the prior 4 weeks.

LambdaCalculus:
I miss the earlier layout of the front page as well. As a budding developer, I always kept up to speed with the commits section, since it was always good to know about what changes were made to the source, which would make it a little simpler to deduce bugs.

But thanks for bringing the last 4 weeks page of the commits section back up, Mikerman.

Febs:
As I said in a similar thread yesterday, try subscribing to the rockbox-cvs mailing list:

Way ahead of you, Febs.  ;)

Clicking on the subversion heading takes you to a more detailed page
News takes you to history but the others all take you to this detailed page.
