I have installed the rockbox ind my ipod.
but now i can't go to the originel ipod theme ?

Please use a descriptive thread title. This is in the forum guidelines. Titles like "help" do not give us any clue as to exactly what the problem is.

Second, Rockbox is NOT a "theme". It's a completely new firmware. It does not "skin" the iPod firmware; it is its own application, running independently of Apple's firmware.

Also, the manual clearly states how to dual boot:

Rockbox has a dual-boot feature. To boot into the original firmware, shut down the device as described above. Turn on the Hold switch immediately after turning the player on. Once Rockbox displays the message “Loading original firmware ...” you may turn the Hold switch off. Rockbox will boot into the original firmware.

It's a matter of timing. Press MENU+SELECT until the system reboots, then immediately click the hold switch ON. In a few seconds, the iPod firmware should start, and you can click the hold switch off.

I now that, but when i do that, it just just restarts again.. and again..

And it just keep doing that until i click the hold switch off?

Which model of iPod are you using? And exactly what steps are you taking?

Maybe with this information, we can get a firm grasp of the situation.

i use a 30 gb video ipod.

And i folowed these instruktions.
