New to Rockbox

Hi,
I am new to Rockbox. I have Toshiba Gigabeat F20 with 2.020UK version.
I have installed Rockbox in my player.
I have downloaded a few themes from Rockbox. Could anyone please help me in installing the themes?
I dont want to make any stupid mistakes in installing the themes.
Please help.

Febs:
There are two ways that you can install themes:

1.  Use Rockbox Utility.

-or-

2.  Download the .zip file for the theme from one of the theme pages and extract the zip to your player.  Extract it to the root of the player.  All properly-created themes should have the .zip file set up to automatically put all of the files and folders in the .zip file in the right places on your player.

Then, simply go to Settings --> Browse themes to load one of the themes you selected.
