data abort when initializing database

When I initialize the database the process gets to about 400 items and the Data Abort appears in the top left corner, any ideas?

You might want to read the topic titled "Data abort errors (merged)".

Please also provide information on what player you are using, which firmware revision and exactly what the data abort message says.  You tend to get better help if you are more descriptive.
