Yes, every major change is announced on the changelog. Some are even announced on the forums, but that's a rare occurance.
Now go read a book and have a nice cup of tea or something, and we'll most definitely announce when a safe process is ready.

Rockbox on the E200R is the same as on the E200 and the same as on all the other targets bar hardware differences.
To learn about rockbox I suggest you read the E200 manual.

In fact, our posting guidelines require you to read the manual before asking questions. Moreover, most of the questions you have asked recently have nothing to do with installation, which is the subject of this forum. I think whatever useful purpose may have been served by this thread is now exhausted, so I am going to close the thread.
Per our posting guidelines, if you have questions about specific Rockbox features, you should (1) read the manual, and (2) search these forums. If you cannot find an answer from either of those two sources, then (and only then) may you start another thread specific to that question.
