New to thread - help playing video on Toshiba Gigabeat F40

Newbie to this player...bought it like 6 months back --

I would like to know, is it possible to play video file on this player...If so , Anybody plz help me to do that...

This is not an installation question.  Please look in the "Plugins and Viewers" forum, where you will find many threads about playing videos on the Gigabeat.
