i quickly noticed that  8-)  i guess i'll wait for the binaries to appear, since i don't really want to install Qt.

I just put a windows binary online at the following location: http://www.stud.uni-karlsruhe.de/~uhcn/rockbox/rbutil/rbutilqt-static.zip

Is is build statically so it shouldn't require any external dlls. Feel free to test and give some feedback, this state is about to become the first test version :)
