Need to get rid of Rockbox and install it correctly???

I installed rockbox on my Ipod and I think I might of done something wrong. Can somebody please help me??????

And telling us what model of iPod you have would help out a lot, too.

Hey man thanx so much. I have a black 30gig video ipod. As far as generation goes Im not sure. I installed rockbox and I had it running. And then I tried to uninstall it, but my PC wasnt reading the ipod. So I did the holding menu+select, followed by select+play. Now its stuck in the ok to disconnect screen.

Well, you entered emergency disk mode. This mode can only be left by Menu+Select-Rebooting the Ipod. It's an apple thing and seems to be intentional -- apples website states the need of a manual reboot from emergency disk mode clearly.
