MpegPlayer: How to exit MpegPlayer

Well, I successfully got videos and themes and everything correct but when the video is playing..I paused it..and I dont know how to get back to the main menu. Helps will be appreciated. If if wrong section, Im sorry, Move would be nice. Thanks. Btw just got rockbox yesterday and I can believe its magic.  :D
