MpegPlayer: How to exit MpegPlayer

Well, I successfully got videos and themes and everything correct but when the video is playing..I paused it..and I dont know how to get back to the main menu. Helps will be appreciated. If if wrong section, Im sorry, Move would be nice. Thanks. Btw just got rockbox yesterday and I can believe its magic.  :D

This is covered in the manual (link goes to the Ipod Video manual, if that's not what you have, you can look up the same section in the appropriate manual):

As a reminder, please use real words wherever possible. While "btw" is going to be recognized by the vast majority of the English-reading population, non-native English speakers may not know its meaning and have difficulty with it, so we ask that you use whole, real words where possible.
