Nano ipodpatcher problems

Ok  im installing rockbox on a 1gig nano, and i can't get the bootloader to work,  i used the ipod patcher just as instructed, and it says that it installed correctly,  but when i boot up the nano, i get ....

Error!
Can't load rockbox.ipod:
Read failed (chksum)



Can any one help???
