I just got a 2nd Gigabeat F40 on EBay for $110. (Wanted a spare for podcasts and books) It was used but in brand new condition.

While testing it out with the original firmware there was a problem with the volume shooting up to full on its own (probably why the original owner only used it for a couple weeks). With the rockbox firmware I haven't found any problems with it.

I think it's an excellent value.
