Encoding with Sony Vegas problem

I had no luck using the suggested mpeg encoders so I tried using the one I'm familiar with, Sony's Vegas Video.

The target player is a Sansa e200.... the problem is that I set the size of the render to the max 224 x 176 and Vegas does its thing.  I end up with a mpeg 2 file as expected.

However, when I play it its tiny... the converted file is about the size of a postage stamp on the e200 screen.  It play fine on my computer and its size is dead on 224 x 176...

So before I burn countless hours in trial and error searching for the right render options in Vegas.... does anyone know what the right parameters are for Vegas renders?

Try adjusting the resolution to 220x176 and see what happens.
