PLEASE HELP I reallllly need help please don't take your time i need help now.

PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN HELP I'LL BE SO GRATEFUL. Ok so this is the story, I went to get a new theme for my Rockbox, specifically this one: http://www.rockbox-themes.org/index.php?res=320x240x16

It's the fish one specifically named: Crashbox.

I went to get it, and i put it in my ipod folder etc. THen i went on my ipod, went to try out the theme, then i didn't see the theme it was all black. SO i went to go change it to one of my other themes, but before i was able to go to  browse themes, OH BLACK SCREEN

Message: DATA ABORT at 40001324

I pressed a million buttons, I help Play, Pause over and over again, everything, this will not seem to work out, right as we speak it is doing it, the blacklight is still on, and nothing seems to work. I went to plug it in the usb, and it didn't show up at all, it's as if it doesn't exist. PLEASE HELP

i actually get alot of these data abort errors mostly when I watch movies myself
