No.  How would Rockbox "run" a rar archive?  Do you want Rockbox to display what's inside?  Simply extract the archive?

That's something you should do on your computer, then.  While there is a GPL unrar library, it's unlikely to be ported to Rockbox.It seems pretty silly to only want to view the contents of rar archives on a mobile player.  Why don't you just extract them when you first put them on the player?

Why bother even making something just to see the contents if one can't just run the contents in their compressed form? Example: SPC collection is around 110 MB compressed & over 1.2 GB uncompressed. Similar for other emulated audio formats.
