Over here; http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php?topic=15260.0 I foolishly suggested that I'd try and modify your theme for the iRivers (H300 & H100 - probably because I and my wife have them). I struggling to find the handwriting font - the link you gave previously is now 404 - do you have a source?
Edit: I re-founf the message - I've got the ZIP from filefront - lets see what I can do...

One option you have is to find the fonts you want to use in either TTF (TrueType) or OTF (OpenType) formats, and then convert them for rockbox using the rockbox font convertor utility
