my h10 wont connect to pc

ater 1 month of rockbox my iriver h10 wont connect to the computer i plug it in hold down the enter key... and it still doesnt work most of the time it doesnt even show up in my computer but a few times it came up as a blank drive  :'( :'( :'(

maybe re format the iriver and then re load RB

remember its FAT32 not NTFS or FAT16
