There is a simpler solution, one which I have used many times with great success.  Put your Nano in a ziplock bag and seal it shut, put the bag in the freezer for 10 minutes.  Take it out, and hey presto, it's alive.  Basically higher temperature = lower voltage, so by putting it in the freezer you up the voltage, and no, I'm not insane or joking.

Guys....my iPod is totally screwed up, first when it came back to live i leave it charging just for safe, now that i'm back to home i was to use it when i figured out that in Apple OS it wasn't showing the batt level anywhere, the hour settings wasn't correct and he was not saving those settings. Then i try to boot Rockbox....no answer, he started to showing AGAIN that ***** of  Apple screen.
Is my iPo dead? :'( :'( :'(

Does it connect to your PC? What happens when you reinstall the apple OS through iTunes?
Could be that your battery or some circuit is damaged...

Well, it isn't connecting to pc, it only uses the pc as a power source because he is showing this Apple screen and i don't feel confortable to do a restore or reinstall due this problem. I guess that i must take my iPod to an Apple service, 'cause for me the only way to discover what is wrong here is opening my iPod :-\
Thank you guys!

Guys, one more question. If I take my iPod with Rockbox and the bootloader installed to an Apple authorized repair shop, would they accept to do the service using the warranty for me?
(sorry about the 2x post)

With a quite high probability they won't even notice it.
